Jim Castiglione
Managing Director

Urban Resort Limited’s Managing Director Jim Castiglione. Jim leads the Urban Resort team with passion and in partnership with Councils and communities with over 20 years of development, resource management and large project and infrastructure experience.

Jim has a particular focus on putting in place genuine measures that achieve real environmental sustainability that make a difference to our environment now and for future generations.

Murray Barclay
Director

Murray has 30 years’ experience in property development and management in a number of private and public companies, holding roles that include technical, CEO and General manager positions. He is also a successful property and equities investor. Murray was attracted to Urban Resort as an investor both for its philosophy around sustainability and quality, and for its strong market position; that being generous, high quality apartments in premium suburban locations, close to local amenities and transport routes.

Andy Morris
Director

Andy has over 34 years’ experience in banking and funds management which included living and working in Sydney, New York and London. With a background in financial and capital markets, Andy brings capital solution expertise and relationships to Urban Resort. Andy was drawn to the team’s business acumen, project management capabilities, attention to detail and unreserved commitment to build quality, environmentally sustainable and affordable urban living in New Zealand.

Annemarie Yannaghas
Director

Annemarie has 32 years’ experience creating and running quality events both in Auckland and London. Corporates, charities and individuals have chosen Annemarie to organise their events for her attention to detail, class and quality. Her focus in the last 10 years has been in Health and Wellbeing. She is passionate about natural health and now runs health retreats and workshops. Annemarie is excited to be part of an organisation creating environmentally sustainable urban living, with a team who share the same values, amazing work ethic, attention to detail and desire to create quality affordable urban living.

Steven Peng
Development Manager

Architecturally trained, Steven has worked in roles such as Project Manager, Technical leader, Branch manager in both public and private organisations. Steven’s successful career in the regulatory sector has acquired him with a unique set of skillsets that synergises with our values at Urban Resort. In addition to Steven’s experiences, he looks to inpart his technical ability, flare for great architecture, critical eye for detail and solution focused project management to lead the development projects. His entrepreneurial acumen and genuine positivity will also support the development of Urban Resort.
